Servers
NETMAX operates an enterprise-class hosting platform utilising powerful DELL PowerEdge Servers and IBM Xseries. Advanced Microsoft Systems and Network management Software that enables comprehensive end-to-end control.
NETMAX provides a fully managed service that integrates our hosting capabilities with full management of rack-mounted servers, data storage systems, network infrastructure, operating systems, and applications.
Data Backup and Recovery Standard
Because data is the core of the enterprise, it's crucial for us to protect it. To protect your organization's data, we implemented a data backup and recovery plan. Backing up files can protect against accidental loss of user data, database corruption, hardware failures, and even natural disasters. It's our job as an administrator to make sure that backups are performed and that backup tapes are stored in a secure location.
We do differential daily backup and every Friday full backup tape is taken off-site and archived at a secure location in a fireproof safe. End of the month tape will be archived for a year as part of our SLA with customers.
Network
The data centre utilises high-end routers, switches, load-balancers and firewalls to ensure a world-class network of extremely high availability and performance. The entire core-network is designed around an N+1 redundancy model, ensuring no single point of failure through out the network. Routers are placed in a configuration that allows them to act as fail over for each other, as well as having redundant management engines and power supplies.
The data center maintains multiple high-speed connections to tier-1 and tier-2 network providers. Link speeds vary from 155mbps STM-1 to 1000mbps Gigabit Ethernet. |
