Standard Hours and Rates


Standard Business Hours	Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM, excluding Victorian public holidays
Standard Hourly Rate	$160+GST
Afterhours Penalty Rate	150% of standard hourly rate
Public Holiday Penalty Rate	250% of standard hourly rate
Callout Fee (Vic Metro)	Equivalent to 1 hour at the appropriate standard, afterhours or public holiday rate
Parking, Tolls and Tariffs	Billed to customer
